For graduating seniors at public and private high schools in Hall County
This scholarship was established in 2002 by the late Louise Fedderwitz Carlisle in memory of her husband. The scholarship is renewable for three successive years provided the recipient has demonstrated his or her ability to successfully and timely attain the college education being sought.
