For Gainesville High School graduating seniors
This scholarship was created by Jo Cronic Farr, stricken with cancer, for students of Gainesville High School who need financial support to attend college. The positive influence that Jo had on the lives of young people will live on through these awards aimed toward students who might not otherwise qualify for regular programs, including HOPE. Her interactive approach to her American government courses proved to be the high point in many student’s day. Her enthusiasm and genuine interest in every student’s life was seen in her sponsorship of Student Council and Junior Senior Classes.
