NGCF Awards $545,200 in 2025 Community Grants to 40 Nonprofits Across North Georgia
Annual Celebration Also Reveals 2026 GROW Nonprofit Education Schedule
Gainesville, GA — The North Georgia Community Foundation (NGCF) has awarded $545,200 in 2025 Community Grants to 40 nonprofit organizations serving communities across North Georgia. NGCF’s grant programs are funded by the NGCF Community Fund, a permanent philanthropic resource built through decades of donor generosity and designed to address the region’s most pressing needs.
NGCF hosted a Community Grants Celebration to honor this year’s recipients, recognizing each nonprofit individually and highlighting the impactful work being strengthened through these awards. The 2025 recipients represent a broad range of organizations working to improve health, human services, education, housing, arts and culture, and overall community wellbeing throughout the region.
“The nonprofits awarded today are the heartbeat of North Georgia,” said Margaux Dolenc, NGCF Vice President of Nonprofit Engagement. “Their dedication, innovation, and compassion touch lives every single day. Funding through our grant programs—and through the generosity of our fundholders—reflects how deeply we believe in their missions and how committed we are to strengthening the vital work happening across our region.”
