Office & Meeting Space
Located in downtown Gainesville, the Community Foundation campus serves as a community resource providing affordable office space and complimentary meeting space to local nonprofit organizations.
We have three conference rooms available to nonprofits at no cost. Rooms may be reserved between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, but pre-arrangements may be made for after-hours use if needed. All conference rooms have a wall-mounted TV with an HDMI input, wireless internet and may use the kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave.

Fockele Conference Room
seats 10 comfortably
Walters Conference Room
seats 25 comfortably but accommodate up to 30 and has direct access to serving area with ice machine.
We provide affordable office space to nonprofit organizations. Rent includes use of common meeting rooms, internet service, discounted telephone service, utilities, maintenance and repair.
All of our offices are currently rented, but we would be happy to add you to our waiting list.
