Chattahoochee Oconee Forests Interpretative Fund Grant Cycle

ELIGIBILITY
- North Georgia nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status
- Government agencies
- Educational institutions
- Supports natural resource & conservation education
PRIORITY
- Projects involving forest resource issues with a focus on educating the public on the importance of forests and related
natural resources —will receive priority consideration.
AWARDS
- Up to $5,000 per grant
- Multiple grants available
HOW TO APPLY
Submit a 1-page proposal with the following information:
- A brief description of your organizations mission and history.
- A description of the project you are requesting funding for. Clearly state the specific needs, how the needs will be met, funding amount being requested, project budget and the project time frame.
- Describe the intended results/outcomes of the project.
- Include contact information for the primary project contact.*(email address, mailing address, and phone number)
- * If the primary project contact is different than the organizations Executive Director, then include their contact information as well.

The Chattahoochee Oconee forests interpretive fund is a fund of The north Georgia community Foundation (NGCF). This grant cycle is separate from the NGCF Grant Programs.
