System Is Down
Thank you for partnering with the North Georgia Community Foundation to meet your philanthropic needs. As a valued fundholder who actively uses our online system, we want to make you aware that NGCF is moving to a new software system. This system will provide a much more user-friendly experience and will provide real-time balances, activity reports, and more! Our launch date for the new online system has been set for Wednesday, April 1st. Please note that between now and the end of March, our current system will be inactive. Therefore, balances and grant data will not be accurate and new online grants cannot be processed.
Between now and March 31, the processes you have previously done or accessed online will need to be done in the following manner:
Balances and Statements: Please call our finance department (770-535-7880) to request balance information and/or statement information. You may also email Lisa Warwick at email@example.com or Tammy Paul at firstname.lastname@example.org
Scholarship Applications: To access the new scholarship application portal you need to navigate to our scholarship page on our website and click through the apply here links. That will direct you to the new portal where students will be prompted to create an account. They will also return to their application through these same steps.
In March you will receive further instructions on how to access and use our new system. We are working to make this transition as smooth as possible for you, our valued fundholder – and our team is ready to assist you in any way.
