WHAT IS THE FUND IT FORWARD GRANT PROGRAM?
The Fund it Forward Grant program is designed to connect NGCF Fundholders with local nonprofits, providing a simple way to help them further their missions. Local nonprofit partners had the opportunity to submit up to three requests for tangible or physical items that their organizations greatly need to increase their impact.
Similar to an “Amazon Wish List,” fundholders can browse these nonprofit requests and “shop for” the items that resonate with them the most, providing direct support where it is needed.
HOW IT WORKS
This process is designed to be simple and convenient. All grant funding happens directly through the online Donor Portal using our Grant Catalog feature.
Fundholders can:
- Fund the entire cost of an item or contribute a portion of one—whichever is preferred.
- Choose to give anonymously or include their name/fund name.
NGCF will:
- Oversee each grant to ensure funds are used as designated.
- Require a final report from each nonprofit, including receipts and documentation of impact.
FUNDHOLDER FULFILLMENT PERIOD
Fundholders can fund grant requests from March 24th through April 24th .
Remember, it is first come, first served! If you feel strongly about giving to your favorite nonprofit or a specific cause, be sure to log in early, as requests will no longer be available once they are filled.
